OpenEye Supported Video Monitoring
Cloud-native OpenEye video verification — no port forwarding required
What's specific to the OpenEye integration
A cloud-to-cloud link between Connect ONE and OpenEye Web Services: nothing installed on site, no ports opened, and the camera list arrives on its own
Cloud-to-Cloud
via OWS
Full integration with OpenEye Web Services: Connect ONE and OpenEye talk cloud to cloud, with no port forwarding and no incoming firewall rules at the site.
Quick Camera
List Retrieval
The camera list is pulled from OWS during setup, which keeps configuration short and keeps it in step with the recorder as cameras are added.
Event
Playback
Event snapshots plus live and recorded video, with 90 seconds of playback before and after the event for the full context.
Health &
Analytics
Recorder health and camera analytic events flow from OpenEye into Connect ONE, where Event Rules can log them, notify people or trigger actions.
